I've seen lots of people fixing proportions of PG. so why wont i do so for a 1/60 kit?

before the WIP, got something to talk on.

the thing is, im not going for GL SF. Im sorry. IM TERRIBLY SORRY. i admit, i actually ran out of ideas when working on SF in which i end up tacking SF into GL. then i snapped.
i must say, this isnt the first time i snapped like this, just that this time, i went way too far. (i should let you know that in my draft collections, there are some impulse-posts that i managed to restrain from posting)

but i say, this time. i WENT TOO FAR. with that polls and such, i'm now...in hot soup..and i felt terribly guilty so that i cant think on anything to redeem myself...
(actually story is after tacking into GL, i removed everything to work towards the GL, but i incidentally put SF, into the stance of Hi-Nu, with the same wing spread. and that is when i felt terribly sorry to my SF, after all the mods i did, i cruelly want to make him not SF. in fact, i build this super-horrible-HG SF, mainly to show my disinterestedness towards PG SF )

okay, redeeming myself. HGUC Sinanju GB. I'll sponsor a prize for that. maybe a kit, or something, still cant decide, you guys may suggest what should i give ^^

REQUIREMENT : BEST SINANJU KICK EVER. i'll find some judges to get that. and for those who had their Sinanju kicked, you may retake a new picture for this.
then again, i apologize for the unexpected prank/trolling/whatever. i didnt planned it, i actually wanna make it, just that i recently learned Murphy's Law.

1/60 RD Force Impulse WIP 3

one picture, tells many words.....


1- i installed LED to Impulse
2- The LED is blue, and the clear piece is green-ish yellow, so i got green eyes. (Parsee Beam! JIIIII!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
3- installing the LED was a breeze, as the head IS big and there are plenty of spaces to put the LED, and i put the LED whole, with no sanding or filing the LED small.
4- i drilled 4 holes to make out paths for the LED's legs
5- i like the monitor's light
6- Camera's back

seriously, cant help but got reminded to GPB Hi-Nu when i put this guy together, looking at how the colors go..

but still, nicely painted~ and the stripes are looking good!

LED still works, but i cant make out the circuit, so i'll leave the LED uncircuited for the time being ^^;;;

yet, got some mishaps from the painting so why dont i...

Preview ^^ i call it Silver collar because i painted the collar silver XD we got Silver Bullet so a Silver Collar wont look that off XD

What happened in these two days....

SD Strike Noir-Completed

huh..managed to pull up this one within the two days limit i set for Noir.

And now he's done.completed. with decals. and heavily drowned in flat coat (no kidding)
Gallery will be up in December, camera not available now...

lots of stuffs being experienced throughout the painting. i tried hand painting, which turn out sorta good (hand painted both rifles ^^;;) and the decals works better here, compared to StarGazer. although there are some decals that suffered silvering and got some blotches, yet i managed to make the decals to look as if they are printed directly. in other words, nicely made decals after flat coat ^^

talk on flat coating, seems i went overboard at this point. i finish up painting a certain part, and then directly topcoat it. sorta like Noir got 4-5 layers of topcoat ^^;;; and the result? some parts are too flat and inconsistencies occur. yet i find it looks good XD

Next Stop. Emperor Sonsaku Physalis or Sonsaku Physalis- Sealed Tiger Saber Awakening form or whatever name you wanna call it XD

What's going on right now...

and I'm now at home, after nicely completing my first Semester of Ausmat..
as for now, don't expect me to be silent or non-posted for nothing XD

i do got something to deal with, or else my worklog wont reduces..

and now, here we have..

SD Strike Noir. Currently under painting process ^^ faced some mishaps during the process, and some of them just keep happening after repairs so i just keep on going. to save some time (and paints), i painted only some parts while the rest, i just topcoat :)

but seriously, rainy season had hit my place ...it is so hard to cope on with this weather, especially when you are painting..some frosting occurred already >_<;;; and if you noticed the unidirectional lighting, yes, i got myself a table lamp to assist my Gunpla sessions at night as my current lighting aren't really enough (not good for my eyes as well)

testing the lighting, directing from below towards some Gunplas that i had put on display. kinda lazy to put all on display ^^;;;

BTW, regarding the Sinanju GB, BD77 had successfully completed him. when will yours (and mine) ^^
as for mine, i got few stuffs to be deal with currently so I am afraid that Sinanju will only be here in December. And that's one addition got delayed...
come on guys~ Keep on building!

we'll just do OOB, painting can be done also (I'll just go OOB with my Sinanju XD)

and lets make sequences of WIPs, so that we can see your thoughts on the parts separately.

my chronograph watch died this morning..about an hour before this post is made..


this watch, was a present to me from my father when he went to Kampuchea. Dunno whether it is original or not, but this is a Patek Phillipe chronograph, he had been serving me for almost 2 years now..and now he had to go...
i treasured this watch ever since i got it, maybe due to him being a chronograph as well as the simple yet majestic design. the original strap is damaged due to my over-sweating hand and replaced it with a cheap yet durable strap..


see those corroded surface? now you get the idea on how long he's been with me ;)
sadly he had to go now..

(actually, there are some misplaced parts that made up the mechanism, so i don't know if it is repairable or not.as for now, my wrist is a bit more lighter...)

Music Reviews! Oriental Evening Sky (Arrange ver)

yep, music review ^^ want to refresh my knowledge on musics/orchestra after a while ^^

this is the song (orchestra style) used for the staff credits roll for Touhou Project 10.5 Scarlet Weather Rhapsody. in the game a shorter one is used where i found the shorter one is quite unsatisfying to be listened to..maybe because it is short and less "high" parts of the song compared to the longer version, the arranged one.

while Touhou is synonym with ZUN's synthesized music under MIDI format (wave format is best to listen), collaboration with Tasogare Frontier/TasoFro gives us the orchestra version for Touhou's music, inside three version of the game, Immaterial and Missing Power, SWR and Hisoutensoku/Unthinkable Natural Law

okay, lets re-organize things up..

just that I'm not going directly on what I'm actually planning for my next two post, in which both posts will be something that is i didn't ever did here, so I'm just going to re-organize my plans until 2010 ends. Yet, most things i think will only be executable starting from mid-november..

how funny most of my wish lists are getting fulfilled, this year.Taking that I'm making a long term investment, so i take it as "okay". and so, for my Gunpla list, there are only three kits that i want, which is HGUC Sinanju, RG RX-78-2 and MG OOQ.

hmm, maybe Sinanju and RG will end up as backlogs for a while XD one and half a month, how many work logs i'll be able to complete?

KGale- time to let cat out off the bag..

now i think the so-called "PROJECTOFTHEYEARLOLWUT" isn't a really good idea. i started up Project KGale without enough skills, tools, and material. and i had to say that i got KGale- screwed up-

im not failing and im not giving up but it is just that im doing something far beyond i could afford when im on the mood for it and now im left with some mess i needed to clean
and when i checked it back during the break, the visor suddenly broke!? wth not my fault arrgghh

in other words, it's like "mistakes done by older generations and newer generations are left to be blamed"

maybe

hence, i will NOT be carrying out Project 剣 next year and will not carry it out until i approve myself to be able to carry it out. and no more project of the year thingy...time to go random next year and afterward


on some more stuff, i skipped HG OOQ so HGUC Sinanju is the next get. and that is kinda disturbing me right now. i planned to work on some gunplas at college after mid-semester break so i brought about some tools.

cutting mat, nippers, file, sand papers, pla plates, both of my cements, bondite epoxy putty, basic putty, scriber, MSGs, and whatnot.

well, some.

and Sinanju...if it's a early october release then around mid october it will be available here, i think. heck, that time I'm going to focus for finals >_< so lets say i brought tools almost for nothing ^^;;;;;;;;

MG OO Qan[T]! Yay!

and so Bandai announced MG OOQ to be the next MG from OO series, rolling out for november! Perfect for my semester break!

and i just cant hate OOQ, the design is simple and something (for me, yes), despite his less-offense role ^^

Great proportions! abundant details! hopefully there will be less seams (or maybe no seams at all) since for some times lately, i've been thinking on how to deal with HG OOQ's seams (although i didnt buy it yet and will never buy it i think) especially the seams on the head, it is just annoying XD

they might be putting the arms a little bit awkward but that's nothing. something is not right with the size of the right left arm where the left palm seems to look a bit oversized but the details is a \YAY!/. i just love all the panel lines and whatnot. i suspect the frame will be incomplete just like MG Exia but what the heck do i care for the frame? i wont be posing him naked

Extra Handles for Sword bits! and more importantly.... ALMOST-TO-ACCURATE-PALM for grabbing GN Sword V! Oh boy how nice~!!!! hopefully there will be less weight issue for the Buster sword and Buster rifle ^^

people may be thinking over the Full Saber attachment and so i DON'T. i never fancied over MSV stuff, due to some reasons. it is not that i hate the design, i like OO7S/G design, and some MSV designs but sometimes i just feel like the original design is better.sometimes MSVs designs are way more overkill XD well, it is just me ^^;;; however, to think that people says that final configuration for OOQ is something like OOQ with freedom-ish wings (or i just name it OOQ type ELS) appearing just doing nothing so i think it will be less possible for it to come out as Plamo.

and that wraps up my responses on MG OO Qan[T]. it will be here at ZD-Base in december (it somehow might be late november release i think XD)
