 frankly speaking i dislike the aesthetics of Zeons, mainly due to the proportional balance. but, Jager hits me at a spot, mainly due to the sort of Gundam-ish design i guess. well, the skirt and the feet that sway from how Gelgoogs used to look like. nonetheless, onto the hunter!

Hi-Nu Gundoom- WIP 3

 would be better for an annual wrap up post rather than this, but i want to clear off any post backlogs before welcoming 2013. and a rather overdue one. continuing on Hi-Nu Gundoom, first actually the first kit i got on to ever since i'm home for summer break, yet i put off posting the last part of the WIPs, going for Byarlant instead. nonetheless, lets give this kit chances to show its colors~

 laid them out and begin to self-blaming for putting it off for so long! lolz

 aaand as i got up to thhat is, not much on the third post, pretty much almost done everything. the mod that is not much on the painting whatsoever. nonetheless, here's the bits of the last works, and as i thought that i had accomplished enough already, there aren't much to show :3

 i feel the drive in me now....GUNPLA DRIVE ON!

 more stuff accomplished :D and by far, i don't do any detailing involving pla plates yet, most are all from scribing extra panel lines

one of the biggest complaint i heard for Byarlant is these hollow parts, funnily for all claws of the arm and feet. filled them in with epoxy putty, and waiting to be sanded flush

and here i am again, back at home for summer break, as well as back to gunpla. this isn't actually the first one i had for the break, as i actually went ahead and finish up my Hi-Nu Gundoom, which i will post up the remaining WIPs and get it topcoated for the full gallery (dammit weather stop raining and gimme sunlight already!)

anyway, this is one of the most highly anticipated kit, ever since Gundam UC EP4 was released, and yea, he's freaking badass and granted with the unique design, i am sold for a box of it ^^

well, yeah, TFP hits me good. i didn't expect on how bad i'll get hook to TF series, mainly since i prefer the real robot type (Gundam etc) and yeah, all i wanted after the live action trilogy was one decent TF figure. and then i picked up and watch the Prime series. so good it is, so bad the figures are (most of them). nonetheless, here's the budget (budget?) version which is kinda neat, and packed something worth looking into

Fishing in Adelaide- Part 1

 well, since i am to spend another two years (or three) here, why not carry over another hobby of mine and enjoy it here. with the water bodies we got here in aussie, i think it is a crime not to test the beings that dwell within the water.

why part 1? it will be more than one part, as i quest to different trips and such :D

and despite the title mentioning Adelaide, the first part isn't at Adelaide, specifically at Goolwa, 100km++ away from the suburb life at Adelaide Metro, and most people come down over here for its infamous cockles

 but we're here for carps. quite the game fish this one, though not so for consumption over here in Australia where they dwell in and kick the natives off their places. highly invasive they are, so that the government mentions

"European Carp are an introduced species and are not to be returned to the water alive. "

so it seems. as mentioned, they are, for their high abundance, is rather easy to catch and the ones that quite give the fight. a good 2 pounder can run off with your lines multiple times, and forcing it in may result in unhooking it off (had that with my first carp off the Torrens)

 and where we're off to in Goolwa? under the bridge

 one heck of a spectacular place to cast your line :D

River Monsters

quite a big fan of the tv show (or at least of what i could get off youtube), all aligned with my angling hobby, and somewhat reliving back the hunter inside me. didn't actually think that i will impulse out and buy the book, great read nonetheless (still don't finish it up though)

also, considering that i will be around adelaide for a couple of long time, it should be compulsary for me to test out the water here :D

yea, it isn't good to hold this up any longer. procrastinating on this is pretty much adds up to what i had been procrastinated with my school stuff haha ^^;;;

anyway, to look at it, a GB is bound to have people not making to the deadline and i am thoroughly awared with that. nonetheless, to have participants that managed to pull through and get their zeydra done nice and shine :D and i hereby thank you all for participating, and who knows if i am to organize more of these in future xD and thus, may i congratulate to all four completers (?) that gloriously completed their Zeydra, the honor is all yours to BD77, CD, Zeon Two Six and Jack Chua. you folks have interesting takes on your own Zeydra and within my no-gunpla period, it is truly enjoyable to observe and follow those WIPs and view the results

and for the bonus part, the Hyper Zeydra Kick contest. the previous Hyper Sinanju kick had its winner through the democracy of voting (lulz) but for Zeydra's, i decided to decide it by my own...if you choose to put your faith on my randomness... ^^;;;;

anyway, without further ado, may i present you what i thought as the best Zeydra kick!

yeaaaaaaaa. i kinda think that the whole is agreeing for this. i broke into absurd laughter till i hurt my sides badly, so yeaa, with such gratuitous amount of lulz, Jack Chua received my award for Hyper Zeydra Kick and thus receiving a HGUC Unicron Destroy Pearl edition, courtesy of Tsukinari Mugetsu of To Aru Shumi no Tsukinari . congratulations again to the best kick and also to everyone joining this group build. and thus, with due respect, this GB officially ends.
